By using the Secretmsg application, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
- Secretmsg is intended for encrypted communication and file transfer between users.
- Communication and file transfer use the application’s encryption mechanisms. Communication content is not intended for public sharing.
- The user is responsible for using the application in accordance with the laws of their country.
- The application must not be used for illegal activity, harassment, distribution of harmful content or infringement of third-party rights.
- By purchasing Premium, the user confirms agreement with these terms and undertakes to comply with them.
- Premium subscription and the applicable data limits are set for a 30-day period.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, already paid Premium features, allowances or batches remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Subscription management, payment method changes and cancellation are handled through the user’s Google Play account.
- Paid subscriptions and unused portions are non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- The publisher is not responsible for data loss caused by improper device use, application deletion, device damage or third-party interference.
- The user is responsible for securing their device, passwords and access credentials.
- The publisher reserves the right to update or modify the application or discontinue its support.
- Violation of these terms may result in restricted or blocked access to the application.
- These terms are binding on both the user and the application publisher.
- By using the application, the user confirms full agreement with these terms.
The provisions concerning subscriptions through Google Play apply to the Secretmsg mobile application for Android.
